Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in a 3PL or e-commerce fulfilment environment.
• Strong knowledge of WMS and OMS.
• Valid forklift license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, and returns.
• Manage end-to-end order processing for accurate fulfilment across multiple marketplaces.
• Develop and implement SOPs for warehouse processes.

Job description

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse & Inventory Management

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, and returns.
• Implement warehouse layout strategies to maximize space utilization and operational efficiency.
• Track and monitor KPIs (Order accuracy rate, On-time delivery rate, Warehouse productivity (orders fulfilled per hour/day), Inventory accuracy (%), Operational cost efficiency, Customer satisfaction/returns handling)

Order Fulfillment & Logistics

• Manage end-to-end order processing to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment across multiple marketplaces (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, Redmart, Fairprice Online, Shopify, etc.).
• Coordinate with logistics partners, couriers, and 3PL providers to optimize delivery lead times and cost efficiency.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for order accuracy, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction.

Process Optimization & Systems

• Develop and implement SOPs for warehouse processes to improve productivity and reduce errors.
• Work with IT/e-commerce teams to ensure seamless integration of WMS, OMS, and e-commerce platforms.
• Drive automation and technology adoption to streamline operations.

Team Leadership & Management

• Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff, ensuring a safe, productive, and motivated workforce.
• Develop workforce planning, including scheduling, recruitment, and performance evaluations.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.

Compliance & Safety

• Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma / Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-5+ years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in a 3PL or e-commerce fulfilment environment.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems, WMS, OMS, and e-commerce platforms.
• Excellent leadership, people management, and communication skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset with a focus on efficiency and cost optimization.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Valid forklift license is preferred.

Working Hours

Mon – Fri: 9AM-6PM, Sat: 9AM-1PM

Overtime available (based on operational needs)
