Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee daily activities, improve operational efficiency, and ensure high inventory accuracy. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, strong leadership skills, and preferably knowledge of inventory software. This role includes hands-on support in daily operations and offers an opportunity to lead continuous improvement initiatives.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day warehouse activities, encompassing local and international deliveries as well as inventory control.
• Drive operational efficiency through effective planning, coordination, and oversight.
• Work closely with internal departments, suppliers, logistics partners, and customers to ensure seamless operations and timely order fulfillment.
• Maintain high inventory accuracy through proper stock management and documentation practices.
• Generate and present regular operational reports to support management analysis and strategic decisions.
• Uphold workplace safety and health standards in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Establish, review, and enhance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent and efficient warehouse operations.
• Proactively identify process gaps and lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience (at least 3–5 years) in warehouse operations.
• Have experience working in-house brand companies.
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of inventory software preferred (e.g., WMS, SAP, or similar systems)
• Physically fit and willing to provide hands-on support in daily warehouse operations
• Experience in omni-channel or e-commerce warehousing.
