Job description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage the warehouse, transportation and logistics operation.
• Manage receiving, checking deliveries and storing inventory.
• Monitor stock level, maintain accurate inventory records.
• Conduct regular inventory check.
• Ensure consistent accuracy of inventory at all time.
• Record documentation of warehouse transactions.
• Manage and issue material requisition where required.
• Arrange material delivery to the sites where required.
• Manage fabrication at warehouse and delivery to sites.
• Prepare the inventory and fabrication report weekly.
• Lead and supervise safe and efficient warehouse operation.
• Collaborate with procurement and construction sites personnel.
• Ensure safety and compliance with industry standard for warehousing.

Requirements

• Excellent knowledge and minimum 2 year experience in warehousing.
• Good communication skills to deal with other departments inside organization and suppliers.
• Strong leadership, problem solving, presentation and negotiation skills.
• GCE O Level or equivalent
