Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage the warehouse, transportation and logistics operation.
- Manage receiving, checking deliveries and storing inventory.
- Monitor stock level, maintain accurate inventory records.
- Conduct regular inventory check.
- Ensure consistent accuracy of inventory at all time.
- Record documentation of warehouse transactions.
- Manage and issue material requisition where required.
- Arrange material delivery to the sites where required.
- Manage fabrication at warehouse and delivery to sites.
- Prepare the inventory and fabrication report weekly.
- Lead and supervise safe and efficient warehouse operation.
- Collaborate with procurement and construction sites personnel.
- Ensure safety and compliance with industry standard for warehousing.
Requirements
- Excellent knowledge and minimum 2 year experience in warehousing.
- Good communication skills to deal with other departments inside organization and suppliers.
- Strong leadership, problem solving, presentation and negotiation skills.
- GCE O Level or equivalent
