Your Job

We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Supervisor to lead and optimize our warehouse operations in Singapore. In this role, you will manage the warehouse team to ensure inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, and cost control while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

Our Team

You will be part of the Supply Chain Division, working closely with Logistics, Quality Assurance, Customer Service, vendors, and freight forwarders to support smooth and timely distribution processes.

What You Will Do
  • Hire, train, and develop warehouse personnel, maintaining good housekeeping and discipline
  • Maintain and enforce comprehensive SOPs to ensure error-free warehouse operations
  • Manage subcontractors for local distribution and monitor their performance
  • Conduct risk assessments and ensure warehouse security and safety compliance with Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) standards
  • Perform daily inventory counts, support annual stocktakes, and manage warehouse audits to ensure inventory accuracy and prevent stock loss
  • Oversee inbound shipments to ensure timely, accurate receiving, system updates, and resolution of irregularities or damages through collaboration with freight forwarders
  • Minimize staging location inventories and ensure timely, accurate transfers to logistics partners (e.g., YCH)
  • Maximize billing and ensure timely, accurate outbound shipments that comply with customer requirements and SOPs, including proper scanning, invoicing, and coordination with forwarders
  • Control warehouse and domestic trucking costs by timely updating systems (Coupa, CTSI), obtaining approvals, and resolving related issues
  • Manage scrap sales billing, pricing updates, monthly reporting, and inventory reconciliation with SAP
  • Support Molex Total Quality Management (TQM), Six Sigma, ISO, and Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) management systems by following policies and procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including project support and reporting
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
  • Diploma or above with relevant warehouse management experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Experienced in warehouse management systems like SAP or ERP
  • Skilled in warehouse operations, RF scanning, and hold a forklift license
  • Strong problem-solving, negotiation, decision-making, and communication skills
