Job description

Summary:

• Monday - Friday 9.00am to 6.00pm / Alternate Saturdays, 9.00am to 12.00pm
• Basic salary up to $4500
• AWS+VB
• East

Responsibilities:

• Manage, support, plan and organise day‑to‑day inventory and all inventory control process within the warehouse to ensure smooth operations
• Ensure daily warehouse activities are performed in a timely, efficient and accurate manner
• Ensure proper and accurate placement of all goods
• Support order fulfilment, picking, packing & ensuring on time delivery of merchandise and minimal error in fulfilment orders
• Provide leadership and guidance to the warehouse team including training, scheduling, and performance management
• Work closely with retail operations and cross‑functional teams to resolve daily operational issues
• Continuously evaluate warehouse processes and identify opportunities for improvement to enhance efficiency and productivity
• Establish and maintain Standard Operation Procedures (SOP)
