Job Description

1. Warehouse Operations Management: Oversee the full process of material receiving, issuing, and storage to ensure inventory accuracy and storage safety; meet production and delivery requirements; prevent non-conforming materials from entering the warehouse.
2. On-site and Process Efficiency Optimization: Implement visual management and 5S practices, analyze operational bottlenecks and propose optimization measures; support the implementation and adaptation of SAP/WMS systems to enhance warehouse operational efficiency.
3. Cost and Risk Control: Monitor material loss, energy consumption, and packaging standards; enforce safe operating practices (e.g., forklift operation, hazardous material storage) and conduct fire safety inspections to prevent quality and safety incidents.
4. Cross-department Collaboration: Coordinate with production, procurement, and logistics departments to ensure material supply and order fulfillment; promptly report abnormalities and drive resolution.

Job Requirements

1. Educational Background: Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain or related discipline.
2. Work Experience: Over 3 years of warehouse management experience in the manufacturing or similiar industry; prefer familiar with storage of automotive-grade components.
3. Professional Skills: Proficient in end-to-end warehouse management (receiving, shipping, inventory control, handling of obsolete/slow-moving materials); familiar with 5S practices and visual management standards; capable of process optimization and system operations (SAP/WMS, especially MM/PP modules).
4. Competencies:

• Communication Skills: Good Chinese and English communication abilities, both written and spoken; able to collaborate efficiently with production, procurement, and sales departments to handle cross-functional issues.
• Ownership: Accountable for inventory accuracy, material safety, and team performance; proactive in identifying and resolving problems.
• Bonus Points: Experience in building a warehouse management system from the ground up, or proven ability in handling urgent “firefighting-level” incidents.
