Job Responsibilities
  • Managing incoming goods, inspecting and outgoing goods including materials, supplies and equipment
  • Maintaining accurate inventory records manually and systems
  • Organizing and arranging inventory and initiating requisitions for required restocking
  • Monitoring inventory for stock take and restocking purposes
  • Preparing and packing items for shipment and delivery
  • Coordinating with other departments to fulfil material request in a timely and orderly manner
  • Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards in handling and storing materials and equipment
  • Performing regular routine maintenance and cleaning of the storage area and working area daily
  • Adhering to workplace health and safety standards and regulations.
  • Safely operate company vehicles to deliver and collect goods, materials, or equipment.
  • Plan delivery routes and schedules to ensure timely arrival at destinations.
  • Perform basic vehicle maintenance (e.g., refueling, cleaning, checking fluid levels).
  • Maintain accurate delivery logs and related documentation.
  • Adhere to all road safety rules, traffic regulations, and company policies.
