A leading staffing agency in Singapore is looking for a Warehouse Operations Coordinator. In this role, you will manage the receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring accurate inventory and maintaining warehouse safety and organization. Candidates should have 1-2 years of relevant experience, a minimum Nitec qualification, and basic English proficiency. The position requires familiarity with Microsoft Office and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Manage receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
Ensure accurate inventory and report discrepancies.
Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety.
Coordinate with departments for timely deliveries.
Keep records and use WMS/inventory software efficiently.
1-2 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations or administration.
Minimum Nitec qualification or equivalent.
Basic proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing).
Familiarity with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Experience in shipping, logistics, 3PL, or supply chain operations.
Positive attitude, team-oriented, and eager to learn.
