Job summary

A logistics company in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Specialist. You will manage the handling of incoming and outgoing orders, oversee inventory, and maintain warehouse safety. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of warehouse experience and a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a forklift license are advantageous.

Qualifications

Job description

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Specialist to join our logistics team. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth handling of incoming and outgoing orders, returned goods, inventory management, and warehouse safety. You will work closely with Sales, Accounts, and technical teams to maintain operational efficiency and accuracy across all warehouse activities.

What we want:

• Receive, check quantity & verify incoming parts shipments.
• Receive and process incoming requisitions and issue parts and supplies for delivery.
• Participate in regular stock exercise and ensure all stocks area are kept tidy for ease of picking.
• Manage return goods from customers, inform sales team of item condition.
• Provide documentation to sales accounts for credit note.
• Coordinate delivery methods with freight forwarder and customers.
• Keep storeroom clean, safe & well organized.
• Support other tasks assigned by Management.

Requirement:

• At least 1 year warehouse experience, inventory or logistics is an advantage.
• ITE or Higher NITEC in Mechanical, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
• Valid Singapore Class 3 driving license required, as this role involves travelling to various job sites.
• Strong attention to details, with good problem solving and follow up skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Good to have, Forklift license.
