Job summary

A leading staffing agency in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Executive to handle shipping documents and manage warehouse inventory. The ideal candidate should have a diploma in Supply Chain or Engineering, experience in the warehouse environment, and a forklift license. This role offers a structured schedule from Monday to Saturday and a focus on logistics compliance and inventory management.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Higher NITEC in Supply Chain, Engineering or equivalent is required.
  • Experience in the warehouse and distribution environment is preferred.
  • A forklift license is mandatory for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Negotiate and secure shipments by coordinating with ship owners and brokers.
  • Track pending purchase request orders to suppliers.
  • Handle full-set of shipping documents including B/L and commercial invoices.
  • Monitor and manage current inventory levels.
  • Ensure compliance with logistics regulations and standards.
  • Prepare and submit required monthly reports.

Our client specializes in metal manufacturing. They are seeking a warehouse executive to handle shipping documents and warehouse inventory management.

about the job
  • Help negotiate and secure shipments by coordinating with ship owners, brokers, and other relevant parties.
  • Track and manage pending purchase request orders to suppliers
  • Handle full-set of shipping documents, B/L, commercial invoice, packing list and etc.
  • Handle Shipment for all machines model, including crating and fork-lift arrangement and coordination
  • Regularly monitor and manage current inventory levels
  • Ensure all logistics operations comply with relevant regulations and standards
  • Prepare and submit required monthly reports
  • Handle and track the status of replacement item claims and submit reports accordingly
skills & experience required
  • Diploma / Higher NITEC in Supply Chain / Engineering or equivalent
  • Experience in warehouse & distribution environment will be a plus
  • Handle full shipping documentations
  • Mon to Fri 9am-6pm & Sat 9am-1pm
  • Usage of SAP systems will be a plus
  • Forklift license is required for the role
