Job summary

IFF is seeking a warehouse operator at our Chin Bee, Singapore site. This onsite role focuses on daily warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, and timely shipment processing. You will work with SAP for goods receipt, put-away, picking, and stock movements, and support air shipments and cycle counts.

Qualifications

• Minimum secondary education or equivalent qualification.
• At least 1 year of warehouse operations experience.
• Able to work in odorous environments and handle heavy loads.
• Basic understanding of chemical hazard labels.
• Adequate written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily warehouse operations including picking, packing, loading, unloading, and container stuffing.
• Support air shipment preparation and ensure shipments meet requirements.
• Carry out stock replenishment to maintain product availability.
• Execute SAP transactions for goods receipt, put-away, picking, and stock movement.
• Generate inventory reports and support cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
• Prepare picking lists, labels, shipping documents, and container stuffing records.
• Coordinate stock transfers with logistics providers and arrange timely movements.
• Communicate with internal teams, vendors, and partners to support daily operations.
• Conduct basic inspections of warehouse equipment and follow safety procedures.
