Job summary
A retail company in Singapore is looking for a warehouse associate to handle stock management and logistics operations. Responsibilities include performing stock checks, preparing product distributions, and maintaining timelines. Candidates should have 1–2 years of experience in warehouse operations, basic computer skills, and may benefit from a Class 3 Driver's License.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in storekeeping, logistics, or warehouse operations preferred.
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Excel, inventory systems) required.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment (forklift, etc.) is essential.
Responsibilities
- Perform accurate monthly stock check, organize all items.
- Prepare, arrange and distribute products according to pack list.
- Sort and place products on racks, shelves, or in bins.
- Receive and verify accuracy of incoming shipments, proper filing.
- Pick and pack high-value products.
- Maintain daily timelines to ensure all tasks are accomplished on time.
