Job description

5 days, 9am-6pm

Salary: $2600- $2800

Location: Boon Leat Terrace, Singapore 119844 (Pasir Panjang)

Job scope:

• Verify accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments and orders. Compare identifying information with bills of lading, invoices, orders, or other records to verify that materials received are as ordered.
• Maintain accurate computerized records of all material transactions.
• Perform physical and/or administrative tasks involved in the shipping, storing, and distribution of materials, supplies, and equipment.
• Prepare and maintain records of merchandise shipped, post weights and shipping charges, and prepare goods for final shipment.
• Set up daily pickups via UPS, FedEx, DHL, and other carriers.
• Load delivery trucks with order packages for delivery routes.
• Lift weights up to 22kg
• Follow safety standards stringently when handling products weighing more than 22kg
• Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move heavy items around.
• Perform all work in accordance with quality standards and established procedures.
• Engage in cross-functional communication and interaction with various departments, including Regulatory, Customer Service, Supply Chain, etc.
• Process returns in a timely manner, following provided procedures to complete tasks.
• Complete warehousing and inventory execution tasks as applicable.
• Assist in other areas and perform additional duties as needed.

Requirements:

• With warehouse experience and basic computer skills
• Experience in SAP Business One
