ResMed in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Operations Transition Lead to plan and execute a major warehouse transition, ensuring inventory integrity and operational continuity. You will lead end-to-end activities, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive risk mitigation and cutover strategies to enable a smooth handover to business-as-usual operations.

Qualifications

• Background in warehouse operations, logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, or distribution.
• Proven delivery of warehouse transitions, site moves, start-ups, or operational transformation projects.
• Project management capability with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and continuous improvement principles.
• Strong problem-solving, planning, and communication skills.

Working closely with Supply Chain, Logistics, Quality, and Operations teams, you'll help deliver a seamless transition while setting the foundation for future growth and efficiency.

Nice to Have

• Experience within medical device, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or other regulated industries.
• Familiarity with WMS and ERP systems.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification.
