Job summary

The role requires coordination with internal teams and external providers to ensure on-time deliveries and accuracy of shipments. You will maintain precise inventory records, investigate discrepancies, and organize the warehouse layout while upholding SOPs, safety standards and housekeeping.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking and packing.
• Strong inventory control and stock reconciliation abilities.
• Ability to coordinate with internal teams and external service providers.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations for efficient receiving, storage, picking, packing and inventory control.
• Coordinate logistics with internal departments and external service providers to support timely deliveries.
• Verify inbound and outbound shipments against invoices and packing lists for accuracy.
• Maintain accurate inventory records with timely system updates and stock checks.
• Investigate stock discrepancies and operational issues and report findings.
• Oversee loading and unloading activities ensuring proper cargo handling.
• Ensure high accuracy in order fulfillment, packing and cargo measurements.
• Organize warehouse layout to improve stock accessibility and efficiency.
• Maintain compliance with SOPs, safety regulations and housekeeping standards.
• Support continuous operations by keeping equipment and work areas clean and well-maintained.
