Job summary

A staffing services company in Singapore is looking for a candidate to manage test work orders and ensure accurate inventory records. The ideal candidate has a diploma or higher, with 1–3 years in semiconductor fabrication or warehouses, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems. Attractive remuneration includes AWS, performance bonus, and meal allowance.

Job
  • Create and manage test work orders, outsourced wafer cutting work orders, and sorting work orders based on operational requirements.
  • Generate and process receiving orders for items returned from testing, cutting, and sorting activities.
  • Prepare and execute shipping orders for internal material withdrawals and sample shipments, as well as delivery notice orders for outbound customer shipments.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records by organizing, inputting, and validating warehouse documentation, ensuring alignment between system data and physical stock.
  • Conduct regular inventory counts, compile inventory reports, and perform necessary stock adjustments.
  • Collaborate closely with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure seamless workflow and timely execution of tasks.
  • Perform additional duties and special assignments as directed by management.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma/Bachelor’s degree or above in any discipline.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a semiconductor fabrication or warehouse environment; prior experience in warehouse management is a plus.
  • Attention to detail, high sense of responsibility, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; experience with ERP systems is required, and familiarity with SAP is a plus.

  1. 5-day work week (Monday to Friday), 8:30am – 6:00pm
