Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced warehouse supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations in Singapore. You will manage receiving, put-away, retrieval, loading, and unloading of import and export cargo while ensuring SOP compliance.

Responsibilities include inventory accuracy, equipment maintenance, safety compliance, coordinating with teams, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment. Forklift operations must be performed only by licensed personnel.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising warehouse operations.
• Proven ability to manage inventory control and accuracy.
• Strong focus on safety compliance in warehouse environments.
• Experience supervising teams and coordinating with multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, checking, put-away, retrieving, loading, and unloading import and export cargo.
• Ensure repacking, palletising, and cargo-handling activities comply with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Monitor proper handling and storage of goods to prevent damage.
• Coordinate physical inventory counts and ensure stock records are accurate.
• Oversee the proper use and maintenance of material handling equipment.
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness and maintain a safe working environment.
• Supervise forklift and reach truck operations, ensuring equipment is operated only by appropriately licensed and authorised personnel.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety procedures and regulations.
• Coordinate with other teams to support smooth warehouse operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
