Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Ensure all goods are processed, documented, and updated accurately in the WMS/ERP system.
• Plan and optimize warehouse layout, manpower allocation, and equipment utilization based on operational forecasts.
• Maintain high inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock investigations.
• Monitor warehouse KPIs and implement corrective actions.
