Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and supervise warehouse staff.
• Plan and optimize warehouse space for inbound and storage.
• Monitor inventory accuracy with cycle counts.
• Ensure receiving, picking, packing, and shipping are accurate and timely.
• Track KPIs and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain high service standards to meet customer needs.
• Develop and enforce SOPs for warehouse procedures.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned by management.
