HAID BIOTECHNOLOGY INDUSTRY (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Warehouse Operations Executive to join our new startup team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will be overseeing and optimizing the end-to-end warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and safety in all processes.

仓管Warehouse Operations Executive

一、收货与装卸作业Receiving & Unloading Operations

按采购单、送货单对进厂货物进行数量、包装、外观、单件净重等核对；发现异常及时上报。

Verify incoming goods against purchase orders and delivery notes for quantity, packaging, appearance, and net weight; report any discrepancies promptly.

监督配合叉车、地牛等设备进行原料、辅料及成品的装卸作业。

Oversee in loading and unloading raw materials, accessories, and finished goods using equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.

按安全规范作业，避免撒漏、污染、混批、交叉感染。

Adhere to safety protocols to prevent spillage, contamination, batch mixing, and cross-contamination.

协同验收人员完成入库前的抽样、感官检查等必要工作。

Coordinate with inspection personnel in pre-storage sampling and visual checks as required.

二、仓库实物管理 Warehouse Stock Management

实施与管理，按“先到先出/先生产先出”原则进行物料堆放与发料。

Implement and manage material storage and issuance based on the FIFO/FEFO (First-In-First-Out/First-Expired-First-Out) principle.

制定并执行对原料、半成品、成品的储位进行合理规划，保持库区整洁、标识清晰。

Develop and executestorage locations for raw materials, semi-finished, and finished products rationally, maintaining clean and well-labeled warehouse areas.

主导并执行定期盘点库存，发现呆滞物料、不明物料及时上报处理。

Lead and conduct regular stock counts and report dormant or unidentified materials for timely resolution.

管理与审核对湿度、温度等影响质量的环境因素进行日常巡查和记录。

Manage and review daily monitoring and recording of environmental factors such as humidity and temperature that may impact product quality.

建立规范流程用于原料散落、破袋物料的回收、隔离与登记。

Establish procedures for the recovery, isolation, and documentation of spilled or torn bag materials.

三、系统数据处理 System Data Processing

确保及时、准确地录入入库、出库、调拨、退料等数据，确保账物卡一致。

Accurately and promptly record data for inbound, outbound, transfer, and return transactions to ensure alignment between system records and physical stock.

管理根据生产领料单、发货指令进行系统发料、出库操作。

Managesystem-based material issuing and outbound operations according to production pick lists and shipping instructions.

主导定期核对系统库存与实物库存，处理差异并上报。

Regularly reconcile system and physical inventory, investigating and reporting any variances.

协助生成库存报表，为生产计划提供准确数据支持。

Assist in generating inventory reports to support production planning with accurate data.

四、发货与运输协调 Shipping & Transportation Coordination

按销售订单准备成品，确保品种、批次、数量准确无误。

Prepare finished goods according to sales orders, ensuring correct product type, batch, and quantity.

监督并核实装车过程，确保装载合理、牢固，不混批、不漏装。

Supervise and validate loading processes to ensure proper and secure arrangement, preventing batch mixing or missing items.

与司机及物流公司沟通，确保出货及时、安全。

Coordinate with drivers and logistics providers to ensure timely and safe shipments.

确保完成发货单据的确认、签收与归档。

Ensure the proper completion and archiving of all shipping documentation.

五、安全与卫生管理 Safety & Hygiene Management

倡导并确保严格遵守工厂安全制度，正确使用劳保用品和装卸工具。

Strictly comply with factory safety regulations and correctly use personal protective equipment and handling tools.

维护并审核遵守饲料安全规范（原料不混放、标识不缺失、防鼠防虫等）。

Uphold and audit feed safety guidelines, including material segregation, labeling, and pest control.

严格执行定期清理库区卫生，保持过道畅通，禁止违规堆高、超载。

Enforce standards for warehouse cleanliness, aisle accessibility, and safe stacking practices.

组织并参与消防、应急演练，熟悉仓库安全通道和设备使用。

Organize and participate in safety drills and training, ensuring familiarity with all emergency procedures.

六、沟通协作 Communication & Collaboration

与生产、购销、质量管理等部门保持顺畅沟通，保证物流顺畅。

Maintain smooth communication with Production, Purchasing, Sales, and Quality Management departments to ensure seamless logistics operations.

协同配合品管人员进行原料抽检、留样、产品质量确认。

Partner with Quality Control staff in raw material sampling, retention, and product quality confirmation.

主导协助处理客户退货、内部质量异常及库存异常问题。

Assist in handling customer returns, internal quality issues, and inventory discrepancies.

七、文件与记录管理 Documentation & Record Keeping

建立并维护健全的入库单、出库单、运输单据及相关记录的整理与归档。

Organize and archive documents including receiving notes, delivery orders, and transport records.

确保完全符合 ISO / HACCP 要求维护仓储记录，确保可追溯。

Ensure full compliance of all warehouse documentation with ISO/HACCP requirements for complete traceability.

配合内部审计、外部审核提供仓储相关数据和证据资料。

Provide warehouse-related data and evidence during internal and external audits.

Requirements:

• Diploma or higher qualification in a relevant field.
• At least 3 years of working experience in a similar warehouse role.
• Must possess a valid Forklift Operator License and demonstrate proficiency in warehouse management software and basic computer operations.
• Good command of both verbal and written English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking business associates.
• Strong problem-solving, leadership, and process improvement skills.
• Able to start immediately or within a short notice period.
