Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Executive to support daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will assist with receiving, storing, packing, and shipping goods while maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment. You will be tasked with daily export documentation and liaising with customers to ensure smooth discharge of goods.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming deliveries to ensure accuracy and quality
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to meet delivery schedules
• Label, store, and organise inventory accurately to maintain stock integrity
• Conduct regular stock counts and report discrepancies to maintain inventory accuracy
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified) to move goods safely
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the warehouse to ensure a safe work environment
• Assist with loading and unloading delivery vehicles to support efficient logistics
• Follow company policies and health & safety regulations to comply with operational standards
• Prepare daily export documentation and liaise with customers to facilitate smooth discharge of goods

Required competencies and certifications

• Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 20 kg) to handle physical warehouse tasks safely

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience to perform tasks efficiently
• Basic math and record-keeping skills to maintain accurate inventory and documentation
