Job description

Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: Maintaining accurate inventory records, monitoring stock levels, and identifying areas for improvement to optimize warehouse operations.
• Warehouse Operations: Supervising warehouse staff, coordinating shipments, and ensuring a safe and organized work environment.
• Team Leadership: Providing training, coaching, and guidance to warehouse staff to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Process Improvement: Implementing best practices, streamlining processes, and identifying opportunities to increase productivity and reduce costs.
• Collaboration: Working closely with logistics, procurement, and other departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
• Safety and Compliance: Ensuring adherence to safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
