Job summary

A logistics company in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Operation Assistant to manage daily store operations including inventory control, stock management, and assisting with deliveries. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in warehousing or logistics and possesses a customer-centric attitude, with additional experience in e-commerce and SAP being advantageous.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ working experience in warehousing and/or logistics.
• Experience in e-commerce and/or logistics is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and promote teamwork culture.

Responsibilities

• Manage day to day store operation including pick/packing and inventory control.
• Conduct daily stock inventory counts and maintain accurate records.
• Assist in delivery arrangements and product launch events.

Warehouse Operation Assistant (Singaporean)

• Responsible to manage day to day store operation such as pick/packing/palletizing, receiving and finished goods at proper location
• Perform retrieval, storage and issuance of stocks inventory
• Maintain accurate records of stocks inventory
• Conduct daily stocks inventory count
• Manage and track incoming and outgoing stock
• Loading & unloading of pallets
• Receiving stock & control of stock at storage area and prepare GRN
• Maintain good housekeeping in the store area
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• Printing of stickers / price tags / etc. using auto-mated machine
• Receipt of Goods for Inventory control & Inventory Monitoring
• Prepare Inventory Report on monthly basis
• Stock-taking with stock card monitoring
• Picking of stocks according to sales order
• Arrange and organize goods based on warehouse SOP
• Prepare and pack finished product for delivery
• Assist in delivery arrangement with engaged delivery company
• Willing to work outside the area (for events) as directed by the employer
• Assist in any product launches events, exhibition, road show assignment (if necessary)
• Assist in other activities as directed by the employer from time to time
• To work closely with the Admin Operation personnel and to ensure smooth operations and sales maximization

Requirement:

• Minimum 5 years’ working experience in warehousing and/or logistics
• Experience in e-commerce and/or logistics has an advantage
• Experience in SAP system has an advantage
• Passionate in personal care/beauty care line with customer centric mindset
• Able to work independently and promote teamwork culture
• Meticulous, hardworking, responsible and good attitude
• Possess good people handling skills with good sense of responsibilities and commitment
• Always ensure a better customer service and obtaining first hand info of stock turnover rates and to highlight slow-moving item,
