Warehouse Operations Assistant

About the Company

Our Client is a global leader in supply chain management solutions.

Responsibilities

We’re looking for a Warehouse Operations Assistant to support daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and inventory control, while ensuring safety, accuracy, and compliance with procedures.

• Perform inbound and outbound logistics tasks, including loading, unloading, and stock movement;
• Conduct basic inspection of goods and report any issues;
• Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklift, reach truck) if certified;
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and follow 5S and safety practices;
• Assist with stocktaking, cycle counts, and inventory record accuracy;
• Ensure proper documentation and data entry for all warehouse transactions;
• Support team efforts to meet operational KPIs and improve workflow;
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE 'N' Level or equivalent;
• At least 1 year experience in warehouse operations preferred;
• Physically fit and comfortable with lifting items over 10kg;
• Proficiency in written and spoken English;
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems is an advantage;
• Forklift license is an advantage.

Employment Details
