Job summary

A logistics company based in Singapore is looking for an experienced supply chain professional to manage export and import operations. Responsibilities include coordinating with vendors, conducting meetings, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in the supply chain sector and is proficient in MS Office. Work hours are flexible across shifts, totaling 5.25 days a week.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in the supply chain industry.
• Able to work within tight deadlines.
• Proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Monitor day-to-day export general operations to meet customer requirements.
• Coordinate with CS and instruct third party vendor on special handling requirements.
• Conduct daily toolbox meetings and ensure housekeeping is done.
• Achieve and identify improvements for warehouse operations.
• Work as a team to ensure daily tasks are completed.
• Ensure safety, security, and quality rules are followed by all staff.
• Liaise with internal CS and service providers on export/import operations.
• Manage third party traffic service providers to ensure smooth deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Day to Day Export General Operations to meet customer requirements
• Coordinate with CS & Instruct third party vendor on Special Handling requirements for Import & Export to meet customer requirements.
• Conducting Daily toolbox meeting in Warehouse and to ensure housekeeping are done
• Achieve and identify improvements for warehouse operations in accordance to set quality management goals
• Working as a team to ensure daily task is completed - To co-ordinate with customer
• Ensuring Safety, Security, Quality rules and regulations are followed by all staff in warehouse to achieve full compliance to the company’s requirements.
• Liasing with internal CS and appointed service providers on day to day Export / Import Warehouse Operations.
• Managing of 3rd party Traffic service providers as to ensure smooth deliveries and collection.

Requirements

Morning 0900hrs - 1730hrs / 0900hrs – 1300hrs

Afternoon 1330hrs - 2130hrs / 1330hrs – 1730hrs
