Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a team member to oversee daily export operations, coordinate vendor efforts, and ensure compliance with quality management goals. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in the supply chain and is proficient in MS Office. Job description

Responsibilities

• Monitor Day to Day Export General Operations to meet customer requirements
• Coordinate with CS & Instruct third party vendor on Special Handling requirements for Import & Export to meet customer requirements.
• Conducting Daily toolbox meeting in Warehouse and to ensure housekeeping are done
• Achieve and identify improvements for warehouse operations in accordance to set quality management goals
• Working as a team to ensure daily task is completed - To co-ordinate with customer
• Ensuring Safety, Security, Quality rules and regulations are followed by all staff in warehouse to achieve full compliance to the company’s requirements.
• Liasing with internal CS and appointed service providers on day to day Export / Import Warehouse Operations.
• Managing of 3rd party Traffic service providers as to ensure smooth deliveries and collection.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in the supply chain industry
• Able to work within tight deadlines
• Proficient in MS Office
