About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, hands‑on warehouse management experience, and a solid background in e‑commerce fulfilment processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day‑to‑day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping
• Oversee inventory accuracy and stock control processes
• Implement best practices to improve warehouse efficiency and workflow
• Manage a team of warehouse staff, including training, scheduling, and performance monitoring
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company SOPs
• Work closely with internal teams to support e‑commerce order fulfilment and operational requirements
• Handle warehouse optimisation, space planning, and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• At least 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management
• Experience in e‑commerce warehouse operations is a must
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
