Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate stock records.
- Lead and supervise warehouse staff including training new employees.
- Schedule and manage incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Optimize space and maintain equipment for efficient operations.
- Prepare reports on stock and deliveries.
Main Responsibilities
- Inventory Management
Maintain accurate stock records.
Conduct regular inventory checks and audits.
Manage stock levels to prevent overstocking or shortages.
- Team Supervision
Lead and supervise warehouse staff (pickers, packers, forklift operators, etc.).
Assign daily tasks and monitor performance.
Train new employees on safety and procedures.
- Logistics Coordination
Schedule and manage incoming and outgoing shipments.
Coordinate with transport companies and suppliers.
Ensure timely delivery and dispatch.
- Warehouse Operations
Optimize space and layout for efficient movement.
Maintain equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks.
Implement safety and cleanliness standards.
- Reporting & Documentation
Prepare reports on stock, deliveries, and staff performance.
Use warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP software.
Ensure all documentation for shipping and receiving is accurate.
