Job summary

A logistics management company in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee inventory planning, logistics operations, and team management. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain, with at least 3 years of experience in warehouse management. Strong problem-solving and people management skills are essential for this role. The working hours are Mon to Fri from 9.30 am to 6.30 pm, with alternate full Saturdays.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing and leading a team.
  • Experience in ecommerce industry is a plus.
  • Ability to follow company guidelines and make decisions.

Job Responsibilities

Inventory Planning and Management

  • Maintain accuracy in inventory and conduct regular cycle count
  • Review inventory aging and responsible in ensuring minimal aging stock; obsolescence
  • Responsible for inventory reports and analysis, identify and implement measures to meet local and regional operational needs to manage cost effectiveness

Logistics and Warehouse Operation

  • Implement, organise and improve systems and work processes seeking continual improvement in workflow of the team (day to day activities)
  • Ensure Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and KPIs are met and compliance with company guidelines
  • Maintain timely deliveries and up-keeping of work documents and records
  • Review and streamline work processes
  • Analyse reports and implement improvements based on the findings of your analysis eg: delivery schedule, packing schedule etc

Team Management

  • Ensure that team output and documentation is accurate and timely
  • Identify and implement training needs of team members and ensuring that training systems are effective and results driven
  • Train new hires/update processes
  • Manage and uphold discipline of warehouse staff
Job Requirements
  • Possess at least Diploma in Logistics /Supply Chain or equivalent
  • A min. of 3 years’ experience managing and leading a team to manage warehouse arrangement as well as processing of orders in effective and efficient way. Experience in ecommerce industry is a plus.
  • Possess strong problem solving and people management skills
  • Competent in computer applications and data analytical skills
  • Ability to follow company guidelines and make decisions accordingly

Working Hours

Mon to Fri - 9.30 am to 6.30 pm
Sat - Scheduled alternate full Saturday
