Job summary

A logistics company in Singapore is seeking an individual to handle day-to-day shipments and customer enquiries. Responsibilities include coordinating transport bookings, monitoring shipments until closure, and maintaining the Warehouse Management System. Candidates should possess at least a Secondary Level education and have 1 to 2 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  • Experience with Microsoft Office tools.
  • 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience.

Responsibilities

  • Handle day to day shipment and attend customer enquiries.
  • Liaise with both internal and external customers.
  • Coordinate transport booking and schedule.
  • Perform any other duties as directed by supervisor.
