About Us:

SANY is one of the world’s leading manufacturers of construction and heavy equipment, including excavators, cranes, and concrete machinery. As part of our continued growth in Southeast Asia, we are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Keeper to join our Singapore office located in Tuas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute goods receipt and dispatch procedures, verify documentation against physical goods
  • Accurately count incoming/outgoing materials, inspect packaging for damage, and report discrepancies
  • Involve in loading/unloading activities to ensure proper goods handling and storage placement
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and comprehensive physical inventory checks
  • Maintain accurate stock records and investigate inventory variances promptly
  • Maintain workspaces according to 6S standards (Sort, Set, Shine, Standardize, Sustain, Safety)
  • Create Delivery Order form via Warehouse Management System (WMS), handle related matters such as returns and write-offs, and assist in system operations and financial verification processes to ensure alignment between accounts and physical inventory.
  • Liaise with logistics companies, express delivery providers, and parts sales representatives to coordinate and arrange pickup and shipment, ensuring timely delivery of parts to customers and various service points.
  • Prepare monthly fund plans related to logistics and express delivery, verify all corresponding logistics and courier invoices for the month against relevant requirements and DO documents, and scan and upload them to the financial reimbursement system to complete the reimbursement application and payment approval process.
  • Assist in tracking and updating logistics pickup, shipment, and delivery statuses, and respond to customer inquiries and needs.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in warehouse operations, preferably with heavy machinery or industrial spare parts.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory systems and warehouse practices.
  • Forklift license or experience operating forklifts is an advantage.
  • Able to read and understand part numbers, packing lists, and delivery orders.
  • Responsible, team-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
