Job summary

A leading company in Singapore is seeking an Inventory Control Manager to ensure the accuracy of inventory records and oversee stock processes. Responsibilities include managing inventory audits, training the inventory control team, and collaborating with operations. The ideal candidate will enhance SOPs and identify efficiency improvements. This role operates on a monthly rotating shift from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm or 8:30 pm to 5:30 am, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all inventory records are accurate and updated in the system (ERP).
• Oversee daily cycle counts, weekly counts, and monthly/quarterly stock takes.
• Track slow-moving, expired, damaged, and blocked stock, and proposed actions.
• Lead, train and supervise the inventory control team.
• Work closely with operations and suppliers to ensure seamless inventory flow.
• Develop and enhance inventory SOPs and best practices.
• Identify opportunities to reduce errors, increase accuracy, and optimize space utilization.
