Job summary

RecruitFirst is seeking a warehouse associate in Singapore for a 6-month renewable role. You will receive, inspect, and record incoming materials, maintain stock levels, and prepare items for dispatch.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for inventory tracking and updates.
• Experience with warehouse operations and stock control.
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical or engineering spare parts preferred.
• Ability to carry water samples when required.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies accurately.
• Maintain accurate stock levels and update inventory records using Excel.
• Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Label, organize, and store materials systematically for easy retrieval and safe handling.
• Issue materials and engineering spare parts to relevant departments based on requisitions.
• Prepare and pack items for dispatch, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Maintain proper documentation of stock receipts, issuances, balances, and inventory movements.
• Prepare inventory reports and ensure compliance with company safety, housekeeping, and material-handling procedures.
