A leading logistics and warehousing company in Singapore is seeking an Inventory Management Associate to perform cycle counts, monitor stock levels, and maintain inventory records. Candidates should have at least 1-2 years of experience, be detail-oriented, and comfortable working night shifts. Qualifications

  • Minimum GCE ‘N’/’O’ Level or equivalent; higher qualifications preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Perform nightly cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions in the system.
  • Monitor stock levels and report low stock or overstock issues to management.
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound stock transfers, ensuring correct quantities and documentation.
  • Investigate inventory variances and work closely with operations teams to resolve root causes.
  • Ensure proper labeling, storage, and rotation of inventory.
  • Support stocktake exercises and assist with audit preparations.
  • Communicate inventory issues or process gaps identified during night operations to the day team.
  • Taking of photos of products for sales reference purpose
  • Maintaining and update product picture, dimensions and weight in the SKU Master data
Requirements
  • Minimum GCE ‘N’/’O’ Level or equivalent; higher qualifications preferred.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management roles.
  • Familiarity with WMS/ERP systems and barcode scanning tools.
  • Comfortable working night shifts on a regular basis.
  • Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Forklift licence not required but is an advantage.
