Job summary

LOUIS YEN SINGAPORE PTE LTD is seeking a responsible Warehouse Assistant to support daily operations, including receiving, picking, packing and shipment preparation. The role requires physical fitness and attention to detail to handle goods safely.

You will perform stock counts, use inventory systems, and ensure accurate labeling and storage. Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM at our Ang Mo Kio location, with opportunities to grow in logistics.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use inventory systems.
• Able to read product labels and shipping documents.
• Physically fit to handle cartons up to 20 kg.
• Reliable, punctual and detail-oriented.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and verify incoming goods against delivery documents.
• Pick, pack, and prepare goods for local and overseas shipments.
• Perform stock checks, inventory counting and stock reconciliation.
• Ensure accurate labeling, barcode scanning and proper stock storage.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety and organization.
• Assist with loading, unloading and movement of goods.
• Report stock discrepancies, damaged goods and operational issues.
• Support other warehouse duties assigned by the supervisor.
