Job description

1. Planning and implementing warehouse:

• Processes and Operations
• Developing plans to monitor storage utilisation levels
• Managing warehouse facilities
• Reviewing the operational quality and efficiency of warehouse storage and layout plans
• Coordinate closely with internal and external stakeholders
• To coordinate resolution of facilities, equipment, infrastructure, and system breakdown to minimise downtime
• Evaluate cargo consolidation solutions to optimise space, cost and efficiency
• Evaluate cargo handling schedules that consider timeline and resource factors

2. Qualifications:

• At lease 10 years’ experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or logistics support roles is preferred
• Basic understanding of inventory management principles, warehouse procedures, and safety guidelines
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, with proper training and certification
• Physical stamina and strength to lift and move heavy objects, stand or walk for extended periods, and perform manual tasks in a warehouse environment
• Attention to detail and accuracy in performing inventory counts, data entry, and recordkeeping tasks
• Basic computer skills
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team, following instructions and collaborating with coworkers to achieve common goals
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities with minimal supervision
• Commitment to safety, cleanliness, and orderliness in the warehouse, adhering to safety protocols, sanitation standards, and housekeeping practices
