Job description
Position Summary

The Warehouse Executive / Specialist to perform warehouse activities including receiving, stocking, issuing, inventory verification and assisting end-user in material search. Receives and inspects all incoming materials received through the warehouse and reconcile with purchase orders and/or applicable material specifications. To support the Logistics Driver during delivery of goods to customer’s premises.

Responsibilities and Duties
  1. Optimize storage space and material flow.
  2. Coordinate and execute inbound and outbound logistics activities, including coordination with warehouses and other relevant parties.
  3. Operate equipment, making minor decisions as needed.
  4. Enhance technical skills and problem-solving abilities.
  5. Adhere to GxP regulations by following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), maintaining accurate and complete documentation, ensuring rigorous quality control, and completing all required trainings.
  6. Carry out warehouse functions according to warehouse system established.
  7. Store layout and stock arrangement to ensure first-in-first-out out-of-stock. Proper stock recording, ensuring stock integrity.
  8. Carry out incoming and outgoing inspection of products, recording inspection results.
  9. Report and document discrepancies on orders received to the Immediate Superior.
  10. Comply with management systems procedures.
  11. Follow the company’s procedures, safety rules and measures stated in the WSH Risk Assessment.
  12. Do not engage in any unsafe or negligent act that may endanger yourself or others working around you.
  13. Use of personal protective equipment provided, to ensure safety while working.
  14. Other duties as assigned.
