  • Basic up to $3,500 + AWS + Variable Bonus (VB).

  • 2-week rotating shifts (7:30 AM – 5:00 PM / 7:30 PM – 5:00 AM).

  • Must hold a valid Forklift License.

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive Warehouse Executive to support day-to-day material flows and storage operations. You will be responsible for the end-to-end movement of parts, from receiving and quality verification to storage and final dispatch to production departments. This role requires hands-on forklift operations and strong coordination with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Material Flow & Receiving: Manage the receiving and issuance of stocks against shipping documents. Ensure parts are dispatched to the correct departments on time.

  • Forklift Operations: Safely handle unloading/loading of incoming/outgoing goods and transportation of bulky items within the site.

  • Inventory Integrity: Maintain accurate stock records and participate in the company’s annual stock takes.

  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Communicate parts status with team members to meet production needs; coordinate stock arrivals with suppliers and requestors.

  • Safety & Housekeeping: Ensure strict compliance with EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) requirements and maintain 5S housekeeping standards.

  • Documentation: Record all material movements and hand-offs neatly, accurately, and legibly.

Requirements
  • Completed Secondary level or higher; Nitec in Mechanical Engineering is highly preferred.

  • Must possess a valid Forklift License.

  • Prior experience in a warehouse operations environment is preferred.

  • Basic command of English (speaking and reading) and ability to perform documentation accurately.

  • Must be able to commit to the 2-week rotating shift schedule.
