Brief Summary:
Join a dynamic team as a Warehouse Executive, where you'll play a crucial role in ensuring efficient warehouse operations and driving continuous improvements. Bring your expertise to optimize our logistics processes and contribute to a safe and resilient work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and distribution.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation of stock movements and reporting.
• Collaborate with production control and procurement teams for effective material flow.
• Lead initiatives to enhance warehouse resilience and implement Business Continuity Planning (BCP) strategies.
• Promote safety by ensuring compliance with Environment, Safety, and Health (ESH) standards.
• Establish and maintain environmental controls such as monitoring temperature and humidity levels.
• Utilize Digital Transformation (DX) tools to optimize workflows and facilitate data-driven decisions.
• Support project management efforts related to warehouse upgrades and process enhancements.
• Assist in audits, process evaluations, and continuous improvement projects.
• Provide supervision and training to warehouse staff as necessary.

Requirements:

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field; diploma holders with relevant experience are welcome to apply.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in warehouse or logistics roles.
• Knowledgeable in warehouse management systems and proficiency in data analysis for actionable insights.
• Familiarity with digital transformation tools, such as Power BI and IoT sensors, to improve operational efficiency.
• Understanding of BCP frameworks, ESH regulations, and environmental control systems.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Capable of working independently and leading cross-functional projects.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive, solution-focused approach.
