Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the warehouse manager in managing and coordinating the day-to-day activities of the warehouse operation
- Resolve problems concerning transportation logistics, logistics systems, imports or exports and customer issues
- To lead the team to achieve the department KPI
- Lead and manage warehouse staff (training, performance evaluation)
- Control warehouse costs on OT, packing materials, stationary, pallets and more
- Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate inventory
- Ensure smooth operation and safe operation of all warehouse equipment
- Maintain the workplace safely and meet all WSH requirements
- Receive and handle payment from customer and driver
- Do monthly warehouse reporting
- Strong communication skill to liaise with cross‑functional teams
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Logistics, Warehousing or related field
- Strong analytical skills and problem‑solving skills
- Experience in warehousing management
- Able to work independently and as a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, Excel, Outlook
- Possess good interpersonal skills to communicate well with cross‑functional stakeholders
