About the role

We are seeking a motivated and organised Warehouse Executive to join our team at Mitra Famosa International Private Limited. This full-time role will be based in the East Region. As Warehouse Executive, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our warehousing and distribution facilities.

What you’ll be doing

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring accurate inventory control
• Coordinate with transporters and hauliers for trucking and transportation
• Handle customer or internal inquiries regarding transportation
• Coduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancis between physical and system records.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the procurement team for replenishment.
• Manage inbound and outbound inventory movements efficiently. Ensure adherence to company safety policies and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular checks on equipment, storage conditions and safety procedures.
• Promote safe working practices among warehouse staff.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Generating and analysing reports to provide insights and recommendations to management
• Knowlege of logistics, supply chain processes, and safety standards

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a warehousing or logistics role, preferably in the manufacturing, transport and logistics industry
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a team|
• Proficient in using warehouse management software and other relevant IT systems
• Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices in warehousing and distribution
