• Run and confirm daily inventory allocations, manage communications with warehouse staff.
• Ensure paperwork matches the WMS and maintain organized records.
• Update the WMS daily to reflect all warehouse activities.
• Assist Warehouse Manager and team with inventory reports.
• Handle invoicing to customers.
• Provide additional support as needed.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Build strong relationships with and maintain good communication with Customer
• Run and confirm inventory allocations daily, managing inventory communications between customer and Warehouse staff, while assisting the warehouse team with inventory allocations in the WMS.
• Ensure paperwork is correct, matches the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and maintain organized records of shipping and receiving documents.
• Update the WMS daily to reflect all warehouse activities.
• Assist Warehouse Manager and warehouse team with inventory reports and assignments.
• Invoicing to customer
• Provide additional support as needed.
