• Generate daily reports for updates.

Work location & Working hours

Work location: Alps (Transport pickup Tampines and Tanah Merah)

Working hours: 5 days, Alt Sat (Rotating Shift)

• 1) 13:00 – 22:30
• 2) 16:00 – 01:30

Responsibilities

• Preparing documents such as (Labels, invoice, packing list & workfile) which is supplied by customer to warehouse for labeling purpose.
• Execution of AWB namely as House Airway Bill & Master Airway Bill for shipment to be exported out.
• Ensure that all documentation are in order to meet the airline and custom requirement.
• Coordinate with appointed Contractor on the launching-in of our daily Export cargo and documents.
• To monitor the status daily shipment via Airline Website and update to our Oversea Office.
• Reports to monitor / update daily.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in the supply chain industry.
• Able to work within tight deadlines.
• Proficient in MS Office.
