Job summary

A leading marine engineering service provider is seeking a logistics coordinator in Singapore. Responsibilities include coordinating transportation for field engineers, managing spare parts deliveries, and maintaining inventory. Candidates should have experience in marine service environments, strong multitasking abilities, and communication skills. A valid class 3 driving license is advantageous. Only Singaporeans will be considered.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a marine service environment is of advantage.
• Able to multi-task and be a team player.
• Able to communicate with customers worldwide.
• Computer literate.
• Valid class 3 driving license (will be added advantage).
• Singaporeans only.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with field engineers and arrange transportation from and to onboard Ships.
• Manage local spare parts deliveries and arrange global shipments.
• Perform general warehousing duties.
• Maintain inventory and stock keeping.
• Handle other logistics administrative duties as assigned.

• Manage local spare parts deliveries and arrange the parts shipments globally
• General Warehousing duties
• Maintain inventory and stock keeping
• Other logistics administrative duties as assigned.
