Responsibilities

• Monitor day-to-day export general operations to meet customer requirements.
• Coordinate with customer service and third-party vendors for import/export.
• Conduct daily toolbox meetings and ensure housekeeping.
• Identify improvements for warehouse operations per quality management goals.
• Ensure safety and quality rules compliance in the warehouse.
• Liaise with internal teams and service providers for daily operations.
• Manage third-party traffic service providers.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Day to Day Export General Operations to meet customer requirements
• Coordinate with CS & Instruct third party vendor on Special Handling requirements for Import & Export to meet customer requirements
• Conducting Daily toolbox meeting in Warehouse and to ensure housekeeping are done
• Achieve and identify improvements for warehouse operations in accordance to set quality management goals
• Working as a team to ensure daily task is completed - To coordinate with customer
• Ensuring Safety, Security, Quality rules and regulations are followed by all staff in warehouse to achieve full compliance to the company’s requirement
• Liasing with internal CS and appointed service providers on day to day Export / Import Warehouse Operations
• Managing of 3rd party Traffic service providers as to ensure smooth deliveries and collection

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in the Supply Chain industry
• Able to work within tight deadlines
• Proficient in MS Office
