Job Summary
Responsible in performing all activities related to shipment and inventory in the warehouse
Job Scope
- Inspect and receive incoming shipments
- Loading and unloading of incoming and outgoing goods
- Picking and packing of goods for delivery, ensuring accuracy according to shipping documents.
- Manage and coordinate physical inventory and perform cycle counts as requested
- Process inbound and outbound inventory into ERP system
- Prepare related document before delivery e.g invoices, delivery orders etc
- Coordinate with local transporters to deliver goods to the customers.
- General housekeeping of warehouse
- Any other duties as assigned by Reporting Manager
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year related experience
- Able to use warehouse equipments e.g. hand pallets etc, training will be provided
- Knowledge in Microsoft office application especially in MS Excel and MS Word
- A team player, diligent and responsible
- Willing to work overtime, on holidays and weekends as and when necessary or as requested
Additional Information
- Salary – S$2.5K + Overtime pay
- Contract duration: 12-month contract, convertible to perm
- Commencement Date: Immediate
- Working days and hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm
- Location: Paya Lebar
