Job summary

A staffing services company in Singapore is looking for a warehouse personnel responsible for managing shipments and inventory. Key responsibilities include receiving shipments, loading and unloading goods, and maintaining warehouse organization. Candidates should have at least 1 year of relevant experience and be willing to work flexible hours. A training will be provided for using warehouse equipment. Salary starts at S$2.5K plus overtime pay.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year related experience.
  • Able to use warehouse equipment, training will be provided.
  • Willing to work overtime, on holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

  • Inspect and receive incoming shipments.
  • Loading and unloading of goods.
  • Picking and packing goods for delivery.
  • Manage and coordinate physical inventory.
  • Process inventory into ERP system.
  • Prepare documents for delivery.
  • Coordinate with transporters for delivery.
  • Maintain general housekeeping of warehouse.

Job Summary

Responsible in performing all activities related to shipment and inventory in the warehouse

Job Scope
  • Inspect and receive incoming shipments
  • Loading and unloading of incoming and outgoing goods
  • Picking and packing of goods for delivery, ensuring accuracy according to shipping documents.
  • Manage and coordinate physical inventory and perform cycle counts as requested
  • Process inbound and outbound inventory into ERP system
  • Prepare related document before delivery e.g invoices, delivery orders etc
  • Coordinate with local transporters to deliver goods to the customers.
  • General housekeeping of warehouse
  • Any other duties as assigned by Reporting Manager
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year related experience
  • Able to use warehouse equipments e.g. hand pallets etc, training will be provided
  • Knowledge in Microsoft office application especially in MS Excel and MS Word
  • A team player, diligent and responsible
  • Willing to work overtime, on holidays and weekends as and when necessary or as requested
Additional Information
  • Salary – S$2.5K + Overtime pay
  • Contract duration: 12-month contract, convertible to perm
  • Commencement Date: Immediate
  • Working days and hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm
