Responsibilities

• Attend daily briefings and follow instructions.
• Read and interpret Pick Lists and Delivery Orders.
• Assist in receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and dispatch.
• Operate mobile devices and ERP systems.
• Support loading and unloading of goods.
• Attend to customers for self-collection.
• Support sales team with goods measurements.
• Perform regular safety checks around work areas.
• Investigate stock discrepancies.
• Coach colleagues on operational processes.
• Provide assistance in deliveries when assigned.
