Job summary

PET LOVERS CENTRE PTE. LTD. is seeking a warehouse assistant to support daily warehouse operations at our Singapore location. You will assist with loading/unloading containers, goods receiving, picking and packing for delivery to retail outlets and customers.

The role requires the ability to lift at least 20 kg and adapt to rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays. Experience with VNA or forklift is a bonus; no prior experience is required.

Qualifications

• No experience required.
• Warehouse experience advantageous.
• VNA experience or forklift license is a bonus.
• Able to work rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays.
• Able to carry products weighing at least 20 kg.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day warehouse operations.
• Assist and perform loading and unloading of containers.
• Perform goods receiving function and ensure accuracy in goods received.
• Perform picking and packing based on DO requirements for delivery to outlets/customers.
• Ensure inventory system is updated accurately and promptly.
• General housekeeping of the warehouse.
• Adhere to SOPs for warehouse operations.
• Other duties as assigned.

Highlights:

• 5 to 5.5 days work week (rotating shift, including public holiday and weekends)
• Morning Shift: 8am to 6pm / Afternoon Shift: 1pm to 11pm

• Sign-on Bonus: $200 on completion of every 2 months of continuous service during the first 6 months of service
• Productivity Target Incentives up to $320

Job Description:

• Support the day-to-day warehouse operations
• Assist and perform loading and unloading of containers
• Perform goods receiving function and ensure accuracy in goods received
• Perform picking and packing function based on the DO requirement for delivery to the retail outlets / customers
• Ensure that the inventory system is updated accurately and promptly
• Perform general housekeeping of the warehouse
• Adhere to the SOP as set for warehouse operations
• Any other duties / tasks as assigned

Job Requirements:

• No experience needed
• Prior warehouse experience is advantageous
• Have experience with VNA / Forklift License is a bonus
• Able to commit rotating shifts (including weekends and PHs)
• Comfortable to work in non-air con environment
• Able to carry products weighing at least 20kg
