Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore is looking for a logistics specialist to manage incoming purchase orders and prepare shipment documents. Job Description

• Check and verify incoming material purchase orders (PO) in SAP and record receipts accurately in the WMS system.
• Prepare shipment documents such as Property Release Notes and ensure all paperwork is complete and accurate.
• Inspect and verify physical shipments and related documentation to ensure correctness and compliance.
• Perform any other duties or tasks as assigned by the superior to support daily warehouse operations.

• With more than 2+ year working experience and Diploma in Logistic/ Supply Chain Management
• Knowledge in SAP and WMS applications

• Located in Pioneer (Company Transport provided)
