Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore is looking for a logistics specialist to manage incoming purchase orders and prepare shipment documents. Candidates should have over 2 years of experience, a diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain Management, and knowledge of SAP and WMS. This role offers a competitive salary of up to SGD 2500 and includes transportation from Pioneer.

Job Description
  • Check and verify incoming material purchase orders (PO) in SAP and record receipts accurately in the WMS system.
  • Prepare shipment documents such as Property Release Notes and ensure all paperwork is complete and accurate.
  • Inspect and verify physical shipments and related documentation to ensure correctness and compliance.
  • Perform any other duties or tasks as assigned by the superior to support daily warehouse operations.
Requirement
  • With more than 2+ year working experience and Diploma in Logistic/ Supply Chain Management
  • Knowledge in SAP and WMS applications

  • Up to $2500
