Key Responsibilities
- Inventory Management
Establish and maintain spare parts inventory records to ensure consistency between records and physical stock.
Conduct regular stocktaking to identify and correct discrepancies.
Replenish or adjust inventory levels promptly based on usage frequency and safety stock standards. - Receiving and Inspection
Verify quantity, model, specifications, and quality of spare parts against purchase documents.
Report and handle any discrepancies (e.g., shortages, damages, incorrect models).
Complete warehousing procedures, label items, and arrange them systematically on shelves. - Issuance and Distribution
Accurately and promptly issue spare parts according to requisition forms.
Respond quickly to urgent requests or emergency repair needs. - Process and Policy Compliance
Strictly follow company material management policies and financial procedures.
Cooperate with audits, quality management, and other departmental inspections.
Requirements
- PR or Singaporean (with a driving license will be an added advantage). Malaysian Citizens are also welcome to apply for full-time positions.
- Minimum ‘O’ levels or equivalent
- Relevant experience preferred
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Working hours 0830 to 1730 (Monday to Saturday)
- Basic salary+OT
